Upon dissolution, the Organization’s assets shall be distributed exclusively for charitable purposes as determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with applicable laws.
BY-LAWS
ARTICLE I – MEMBERSHIP
- Eligibility: Membership shall be open to individuals and organizations that align with the mission of the Organization.
- Dues: The Board of Directors may set annual membership dues.
- Rights and Responsibilities: Members may participate in meetings, vote on specific issues, and support organizational activities.
- Termination: Membership may be revoked by a majority vote of the Board for actions inconsistent with the mission of the Organization.
ARTICLE II – BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- Composition: The Board shall consist of at least [X] members, including a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

ARTICLE V – MEETINGS
